Heat insulation of interior walls
For residents of apartment buildings connected to central heating, it is very important to create favorable conditions within an individual apartment. Not all buildings provide conditions meeting this requirement. Mistakes of designers, defective installation of engineering systems, improper operation - all these components give rise to unforeseen problems. Thermal insulation problems are the most common in this series.
Usually they begin when comfortable living conditions become uncomfortable: due to destruction of heat-insulating materials, which leads to "cold bridges". If insulation of apartments is of poor quality, the walls begin to show effects of condensation: wallpaper peels off and mold appears, fungus appears and spreads, becoming a cause of colds for children and adults.
As a rule, residents have to take care and solve these problems. General renovation is delayed for years, and in this case everyone has to make a choice: to wait for a management company to find money for elimination of defects, or to try to insulate walls of the interior.
The main thing in thermal insulation is the right choice of materials. Any task can be accomplished in various ways, especially because the market today has a wide variety of insulating materials. However, during repairs it is necessary to take into account, that materials traditionally used for this purpose (rock wool, glass wool, polystyrene) are thick and take useful area of apartments, are labor-intensive at installation and, what is the most important, they contain substances harmful to human and animal health. Using LCTIC coating with thickness of 1.5 - 2 mm can solve the same problem with significantly lower cost. LCTIC thermal insulation is actually usual painting of a surface and does not require involvement of professional construction specialists. Liquid consistency allows secure isolation of existing gaps and cracks in the wall material - the sources of "cold bridges" and gradual destruction of facade structures. LCTIC coating is environmentally friendly, and thanks to the possibility to tint it, can be final finish.
