List of documents for the dealership agreement:

1. Founding documents of the counterparty (Charter of the organization with subsequent amendments);
2. Certificate of registration of the company;
3. Certificate of tax registration;
4. Protocol of confirmation authority of the person acting on behalf of the contractor on the basis of constituent documents without a warrant;
5. Copy of the authorization of the person acting on behalf of the contractor on the basis of power of attorney
6. Financial statements for the last reporting period and for the last financial year;

All documents are available in copies certified by the seal and signature and mark "true copy."
